Partner Hands

Split up into two and two. One group is trying to keep the other apart, while the other group is trying to connect hands. Starts off on both corners of the mat. Have 30 seconds to connect hands.

  1. Frame on shoulders. Feet on hips. Push away. Technical stand-up.
