Main Class

1

Rotational Defense

Player A

Player B has a seatbelt grip and chest-to-back connection, but they are not allowed to use hooks. Use your chest and arms to stop the defender from rotating. The attacker wins by maintaining the connection for as long as possible.

Player B

Player B, remove the attacker’s hands and turn to face them.

Win Condition(s)

2

Lower Body Escape

Player A

Player A is on the back with hooks and a seatbelt. Maintain the back. If the defender starts to clear the legs, the attacker must “double down” on their upper body control and try to recover their hooks. The attacker wins if they can recover their lower body positioning twice.

Player B

Player B, escape the back control by clearing the legs first. The defender wins if they successfully clear the legs and escape back to the mat or get on top.

Win Condition(s)

  2. Gray Belts: On the back with a seatbelt grip, but no hooks.
  3. Yellow Belts+: Defender in turtle, chest to back with seatbelt grip, but no hooks.

Player A’s objective is to maintain the chest-to-back and get the choke.
