Player A

Player A is the shooter. They can only grab the legs. The shooter wins by lifting one leg or both legs off the mat.

Player B

Player B is the defender. The defender can only grab the upper body, so underhooks, overhooks, whizzers, etc. The defender wins if they put the shooter’s hip, bottom, or back on the mat.

Win Condition(s)

Switch when someone gets something.

Double Leg Finish

Player A

Player A has their hands locked around the legs for a double leg. You win if you get your partner’s hips, bottom, or back to the mat.

Player B

Player B has one underhook and one overhook. Player B wins if they become the top player, putting Player A’s hips, bottom, or back to the mat, or if they break off all of the grips and separate.

Locked Bodylock

Player A

Player A starts with a bodylock on the side. Win if you get Player B’s hips, bottom, or back to the mat.

Player B

Player B wins if they become the top player, putting Player A’s hips, bottom, or back to the mat, or if they break off all of the grips and separate.
