Main Class
Keymaster - Position/Entry
So, what is the keymaster position? Think of it like a modified pivot, going for an armlock or omoplata, but with an emphasis on controlling your opponent’s bottom leg. It’s called the keymaster because it gives you access to both the lower body and upper body.
To get into this position, we need two things. First, control over their far arm, and second, space to retract our leg. We can just go into the position, but we can also get into the position from half guard.
Go over knee shield half guard. Control the far arm. Move head away from knees, and pull knee to chest. Move into the position.
