Warm-up

1

The Snap & Drag

Player A

Both players are trying to get their chest to the back of the head OR an arm across the body and chest to the back of the tricep. You may not attack the legs or lower body. Everything must be upper-body handfighthing. But don’t let that discourage you from properly hand-fighting. Remember that this is in a jiu-jitsu context, so don’t do things like they can’t grab your legs.
